Our name is Optimal Medication Solutions and we are a family owned pharmacy that is uniquely dedicated to providing our services to you without any distractions from having a normal retail business. Although we are a part of the much bigger group of pharmacies of the Optimal Pharmacy+ brand, we decided long ago that to excel in our specialised field we needed to solely focus upon the challenge to become the best.
Our mission is to improve health outcomes by ensuring the right medicine is taken at the right time. It sounds simple enough however it requires many different inputs to achieve this result.
One significant factor required expansion into dedicated premises that enabled us to bring together under the one roof the latest in technology. The sheer size and complexity of the equipment would not be able to be located in a normal pharmacy setting. We are proud to be the first in Australia to bring cutting edge technology to help us serve you better. We are always happy to organise a visit to our unique dedicated facility so you can witness for yourself the way we are revolutionising how we support you and your facility.
However what use is technology if you do not have the right people to run it? Our team of professionals work for you. Their focus is to utilise all of the latest technology and work with your facility team in order to maximise the best possible outcomes with your medicines. We even go to the extent of having our own fleet of delivery vehicles with drivers that treat your medication with the respect it is due rather than random courier drivers.
Whilst we invest heavily in technology and the training of our team to help our patients get the best results, we also engage with your facility team to provide regular training on medication issues and also to listen to them for any improvements we can make to our service.
As part of our collaboration with our facilities we have developed a specialised online portal platform to aid communication and reporting. We are proud to be the first in WA to introduce a new prescription platform that significantly reduces what used to be a mountain of paper work for your doctor. We have introduced new materials and ways of doing things to also reduce waste and this area provides ongoing challenges and inspiration for us.
Our aim is to drive efficiencies with technology and smart people so we can pass on more benefits to you and your facility and reduce costs wherever possible.
